By commissioning me you agree to these terms:Wigs have a completion date of 2-6 months. Please keep this in mind if you have a deadline. I am more than happy to accommodate specific due dates as long as I have enough notice.Every wig seen on my account can be duplicated unless stated otherwise.References are encouraged! If no references are sent I will search for my own. Please let me know if there are any changes you would like made to the wig design (i.e longer side bangs, specific style from fanart, natural blonde hair instead of yellow etc.)
You may send references from other wig stylists as inspiration however I will not recreate someone else's work.Basic head and face measurements are required for ALL wigs. This is to ensure proper fitting. More detailed measurements may be needed depending on the complexity of the styling. Structured wigs (AKA helmet wigs) will require a tape head cast. This is crucial to the styling process as structured wigs are dependent on each person's unique measurements.
The shipping cost for the cast must be covered by the client. If you have a deadline, keep in mind the additional time it will take to ship the package to me. Please provide measurements as soon as possible to avoid delays.
If the provided measurements are incorrect I will not be responsible for adjustments.
After a commission is accepted I will provide instructions for any needed measurements.I will send progress photos throughout the entire styling process. Please let me know if there are any changes you would like made during this stage as I will not make any revisions once the styling has been completed.I am not liable for any damaged or lost packages once the wig is shipped out. My goal is to have your wig arrive safe and sound and so I pack every commission with extreme care.I have limited storage space, therefore I will only hold onto finished wigs for up to 3 weeks. If the final payment is not received within that time I have a right to list the wig for sale.I do not offer refunds.
If you need to cancel the commission for any reason, please communicate with me. Situations will be handled on a case by case basis.You must be comfortable with me putting the wig on my own head in order to properly style it.Credit is highly appreciated if you upload any photos of the wig on social media!Don't be afraid to reach out! I am happy to answer any additional questions you might have
Payments are made in two increments:
An initial 50% deposit is required to secure a commission slot. The second payment is due once the wig is completed.
Wigs will not be shipped out until the second half of the payment is received.The base styling price no matter the wig will be $250 and goes up based on the complexity of the wig.
The styling price does not include the shipping cost or the price of the base wig.A rush order fee will be added to any wigs with a deadline of one month or less. This fee will vary from $100-$200 depending on the wig. Let me know your deadline as soon as possible to avoid any rush fees!
